A Little Support Can Change Lives
As a youth led organization we understand the urgent need for more mental health resources for young people. According to the world health organization 1 in 7 10-19 year-olds experience mental health problems. We feel that this is a greatly underrepresented issue. Poetry has been scientifically proven to have numerous mental wellness benefits; including decreasing stress and loneliness as well as boosting your mood . It is a great way to reflect and heal at your own pace. Below we have provided a few poetry resources to help support you on your journey to take care of your mental well being.
